To ensure that all of our customers
have a fair and equal chance at winning our
drawing, here are our giveaway contest rules.
All orders placed between January 4th and May
15th, 2006 are automatically entered into our
Printer Giveaway contest and are eligible to
win. A random drawing will be held on June 23rd,
2006 to determine the winner. The winner will
then be notified via email, or by phone. The
winner will have until June 30th, 2006 12:00pm
EST to contact us to claim their prize. If no
response is received by June 30th, 2006 12:00PM
or if individual elects not to participate,
or is declared ineligible, a new winner will
be drawn and notified immediately. The winners
of the Canon Pixima MP130 will consent to having
their name published in our July 2006 newsletter
as the contest winner. Neither email address,
phone number nor mailing address will be published
-- only the winner's Name and City/State will
be shown. (see Privacy Policy below for details)
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries.
Prizes may not be substituted, or exchanged
for cash. Winners are solely responsible for
all insurance and all taxes associated with
prize. Winners must be 18 years of age at entry
or have a parent or legal guardian sign a release
form to claim prize. Winners agree upon acceptance
of prizes that althakerah.net, their advertising
agencies and affiliates and employees shall
have no liability in connection with acceptance
or use of any prize awarded. Every order placed
during this time will automatically enter you
into our drawing, however no purchase is necessary
to win. To enter this giveaway contest by mail,
